Is there a free trial?
Yes. Newly created projects can use a 14-day trial with 25 check-ins total. Access to records is restricted after it expires.
How does organisation billing work?
Choose a plan for each project. The organisation pays the sum of its project plans on one payment method, monthly or yearly.
What if I have a legacy plan?
Existing Basic and Enterprise subscribers can keep their current plan and price. Those plans are not offered to new subscribers.
Can I cancel?
Manage your subscription from the dashboard. Check your billing details and renewal date before making a change.
