How to Check In Visitors on Management Dashboard
Have elderly visitors who don't use mobiles? Use the Check In Visitors feature on the management dashboard to manually enter their details on their behalf.
If your visitors do not have mobile phones or their phones fail to scan the QR code, you can check them in manually via the management dashboard.
Navigate to the Check In & Out tab on the Management Dashboard. Click the green "Check In Visitor" button to manually check in a visitor.
You can also click the check out button to check out a visitor with phone number.
